This morning, I got reports that some users couldn't register correctly. They are remote using 9608 phones and IPSec VPN. It was originally two, but after rebooting the phone server, it is now 3. I can see the H323 registration requests but it never succeeds. Below is what is in the H323 log in Monitor. If there is another check box I should have checked in Monitor that might give more useful info, let me know. This is an 500v2 running IPO 9.1.
2854163mS H323Evt: Recv: RegistrationRequest 172.21.0.203; Endpoints registered: 51; Endpoints in registration: 3
2854163mS H323Evt: e_H225_AliasAddress_dialedDigits alias
2854163mS H323Evt: found number <203>
2854164mS H323Evt: RRQ --- CallSigProtocol is H323AnnexL_P. Go for Avaya VPN phone
2854164mS H323Evt: RRQ --- Treat this as a forced login, the phone was probably rebooted (same_cs_addr 0)
2854164mS H323Evt: GK: Unregister endpoint AS_5994301170866441 for extension 203 reason 4 urq_reason 3
2854166mS H323Evt: GK: Send URQ
2854166mS H323Evt: RRQ --- Register extn 203 using product IP_Phone_VPN, version 6.4014, id AS_5994304f7a294adb
2854167mS H323Evt: v=(null) stacknum=0 State, new=NullState, old=NullState id=0
I'm trying to get it on another IP address on the VPN but I haven't been able to flush the session in the Sophos UTM 9. Working on that.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Stephen
