3 extensions just show "Phone" and don't register this morning - reboot didn't help 2

This morning, I got reports that some users couldn't register correctly. They are remote using 9608 phones and IPSec VPN. It was originally two, but after rebooting the phone server, it is now 3. I can see the H323 registration requests but it never succeeds. Below is what is in the H323 log in Monitor. If there is another check box I should have checked in Monitor that might give more useful info, let me know. This is an 500v2 running IPO 9.1.

I'm trying to get it on another IP address on the VPN but I haven't been able to flush the session in the Sophos UTM 9. Working on that.

Any help would be much appreciated.

How many IP endpoints do you have total and how many are in use? You can check the answer in system status under resources.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
 
73 Avaya IP Endpoints licensed, 54 in use.

So, the result here was that I had to delete the extensions and recreate them.
