Hi Everyone,

I am finalizing the implementation of a Workforce management system in our Call Center.
I have 3 x 3 digit ACD queues that I need translated to a new bank of 3 digit extensions that was setup by a Nortel engineer.

Basically I would like to have our current Call Center queue extension 564 translated to 580 (our new range of extension).

So when a Nortel user dials 564, the new IC system will see that as 580 and transfer that to the Call Center queue.

Any help is always greatly appreciated.

Hi GHTROUT,

Thanks for your response on this question. Could you point me to the LD I need to be in and the command once in the load.

Thanks again for all your help.

All ACD "phone" work is done in LD11 (Digital Phone Admin)
All ACD "Queue" work is done in LD23 (ACD Queue Admin)
All Phantom TNs are built in LD10 (Analog Phone Admin)

I hesitate to try to explain every command. There are a lot of prompts and possible responses. I can point you to the books that have all those choices (see sig line)

The first thing you do, in any case, is print out what you have. Here is a guide to printing things:

Also you must remember that if you have Symposium/Contact center you MUST deacquire the sets first before doing any programming.

2nd you must out and rebuilt the set from scratch.
