Hello all,

Obviously CM can only support 2 CDR feeds, issue is I need to feed a 3rd device CDR ...

Is there any 3rd party hardware (or software) that can basically split the CDR and mirror it to multiple devices, I've seen a ethernet to 2 serial port splitter that works for CDR, but all 3 devices need their CDR feed by ethernet.

Hopefully that makes sense?

Thanks.

just my thoughts: 3 ways around it:
Replicate the database from one of the boxes after you have collected the data,
Most CDR boxes use some SQL flavour that can be replicated.

You can use a trick that often is used in the cisco world because a real interface does not exist there in some cases:
Use an ethernet switch, and create a monitoring port on the switch that mirrors the ethernet stream going to one CDR host.
Then pick up the data stream on the second port, and relay it to the CDR host nr2. As long as the socket to host nr1 is up you should get the data.

Way number 3 is to replicate the CDR data from the Avaya server, but that option may or may not be available to you depending on the release and platform you use.
This option is decsribed in the documentation per release. Short version: you can FTP, or SCP the data from the server.
