3 appearance keys but forward on busy

You kind of can, the only way he can use more than one key is to have someone on hold, so reserve last CA and forward on busy to VM and tick "Busy on hold"

This is an illogical request that the customer has not though out.
If he wants people to go to VM when he is on the phone what does he expect the other Appearance keys to do anyway? once the customer can answer that the question will either go away or morph into something that can be achieved.
