Ok so I have read through the docs and I can't figure out what I did wrong.

Before upgrading to 3.2 I had default user names and password.

I upgraded to 3.2 and now I cannot login with Administrator and the default password.

Any ideas? I tried security and securitypwd.

To download the config use Administrator,Administrator

For Callstatus & monitor yues the system passsword (password)

to change any of these settings you need to enetr the security setings - File/Advanced/Security Settings using security & securitypwd.

follow the tech tip from Avaya to add a superuser and/or change the default passwords

You know how you swear you've tried something 5 times and then someone else tells you to do it and then it works :)

Thanks,

now I just have to figure out why my voicemail is not working? I had checked before upgrading and did not think I had password on it, if there is it is also default.

Any ideas on the voicemail?

The voicemail passsowrd is contained in the security settings,
I would recomend that this is left empty & not used

The bad news is Revalation cannot be used to show thes passwords.

always go back to the simple fixes, like restarting the voicemail service which worked.

Thanks for your help.

Good old Revelation does still work on any password field in the main section, just not the security manager...just to let you know!
