WE HAVE AN OPTION 11C AND SOME TIME WARNER CUSTOMERS ARE HAVING PROBLEMS DIALING OUR MEDICAL OFFICES. TIME WARNER IS USING VOIP AND SAID ARE PBX IS USING 2.7 KHZ AND NEEDS TO BE AT 3.1KHZ. ANYONE EXPERIENCE THIS AND WHAT LOAD CAN THIS BE CHANGED IN. THANKS
the change would have to start with there bandwidth provider. changing it in the switch would cause a timing problem with the provider still expecting to see the old clock ref.. i glad the data geeks want to play phone man, it's just two wires and look at all the money you can save. it's no big deal if everyone in the world needs to change bandwidth to match yours, i'm sure we'll get right on that.. it's not just time warner, it half the phones in the world..
