The overflow huntgroup connects to a user which forward the call to another ip 406v2 huntgroup over scn.
for ex. when the sales huntgroup rings 3x no one picks up it goes to the overflow group which has one user that forwards it to another ipo sales huntgroup via scn.
the problem is when phone calls comes via the sales huntgroup it goes straight to the other sales huntgroup which rings the phone on the ipo.
i had to revert back to 3.0.69 and everything is working just fine.
3.1.56 isn't very stable in my opinion and Avaya wants to charge customers for updates that still doesn't work fully.
I just upgraded a client from 3.0.69 to 3.1.56 because the "please wait" error associated with 5410's is fixed in 3.1.56 but the system kept crashing so we had to revert.
The system uses a voicemail computer that connects to ipo via 4 analog ports. Every time someone hit the auto attendant and hung up instad of getting transferred out of voicemail the 406v2 would reboot.
Started a trouble ticket and reverted back to 3.0.69. Sounds like tier 4 will be very busy...
