We upgraded this week to 3.0.69
ipo 412 vm pro contactstore.

Since then we are unable to record calls since they disturb the call in such a way that talking is not possible. This applies to DS and ip phones! The system had a unexpected reboot as well.

3.0.69 : despite all the AVAYA promises NO GO!

Same problems plus more here after .69 upgrade. Better stick with .59.
 
I agree!

406V2 with 5410 phones.
When they have forward activated they get stuttered dialtone when they dial out, even when they have dialed the first digit..

Rolling this customer back to (59)
 
not done one yet, and having read this plus talks with other techs I guess I won't be, 3.1 does not seem like a good choice yet either.

Any other issues worth noting???
 
Have you tried under the menu option turning off ACS? Mode.

There are three options the mode above could be very wrong. Trying this from memory.
 
I assume you mean Automatic Gain Control?

Yes, was turned off but no result.

What is interesting is this. I listened to the recorded calls from the period we were running 69. The recorded part was good. You could no here the distorsion at all.

Another thing. We have a simualir setup running on 403DS but this unit works fine on 69.

So it appears to be hardware releated as well.

Please check with your vendor. There is a private build out to fix this issue. It is currently 3.0.67 but I expect it to be in 3.0.69 by the end of the week.

Thanks for your update! I heard about this last week and asked Avaya if they can confirm this.
