2nd T1 card 1

I am tryin to install a second PRI line to our Nortel Norstar phone system. I have installed the second T1 card with no luck. I am able to view the 2nd KSU card in the software, but the card will not finish initializing itself. What am I doing wrong?

did you go into "Hardware" and tell the Norstar that that card is for a PRI, and set the parameters for the line coding?

I have modified the Hardware setting for a second PRI card, but the card itself keeps flashing. I cannot get a steady light on the card. I have even tried with two different cards to no avail.

try Disabling the card then enabling it, or check your patch cable you are using to connect from the jack to DTI card.
