Installing cluster services to the 1st node works flawlessly. When attempting to add 2nd node to cluster I get the error "An unrecoverable error occurred trying to synchronize this node with the cluster registry. A required privilege is not held by the client. Error ID: -1073741727 (c0000061)".
1. I'm using a domain level account to run the cluster service. The account is a member of the local Admin group of each server.
2. The remote registry service is running.
3. The 2nd node recognizes and appears to have access to all SAN resources.
Anyone have a solution for this behavior?

Check to make sure that the domain is not requiring NTLM v2 authentication. Cluster servers requires LM or NTLM authentication for initial setup. I have found that once the cluster nodes are authorized, you can change the authentication mode back to NTLM v2 and not have any issues.
