Looks like ext 7560 is on another phone that it is MARPED to. Make this phone the MARP of 7560 and you should be good.

Hey.....OMG ok. Let me try again. I never got this fixed. This person appears on key 2 on 2 other phones. When someone calls him (7560) and he is on his phone it will ring busy. (those were two different thoughts)

You say to remove him from key 2 on both of the other phones, then what? How do I change key 01 from being marped?

Hawks said this: Looks like ext 7560 is on another phone that it is MARPED to. Make this phone the MARP of 7560 and you should be good. (this sounds like chinease or something)
can you clarify a little better, please. Thanks,

This sure is alot of work to just get it to go to the second line. Eh.....help. Thanks,

Do a CHG on 040 0 01 18

Re-enter KEY 0 just like it is today. When you see the word "MARP" you type the word "YES" and then MARP is brought to this TN. Then it will HUNT and FDN from the values on 040 0 01 18

YEAH - That worked. I did not have to remove the 2nd line. I just pressed Yes on Marp on key 00. OMG sometimes when I go back and read these threads I am thinking to myself, what in the world.......trying to reread it is funny sometimes. Thank you, and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!

is marped. marp is not shared, so it is not marped anywhere else.

Prt the dnb and look for the "MARP" if the DN shows up on more than one TN

The TN printed here has no MARP. If it is MARPed to another TN it follows that hunt...

Unrelated to the trouble, but shouldn't the zone for the above set be something other than zero?

Doesn't HAVE to be, just recommended that phones not be part of zone 0. Zone 0 generally reserved for trunking.
