Hello,
I have an IP Office system where the main DID rings to the main hunt group (5000), and then overflows to a backup hunt group (5001). This works fine. I'm trying to set up a single extension as a final "last-ditch" ringing location before the call goes to VM. I've placed this single extension into an overflow hunt group (5005), but I can't get this extension to ring as an overflow.
The incoming call goes to 5000, then overflows to 5001, then doesn't ring anywhere for about 10 seconds, and finally goes to the VM assigned to 5000. I've looked over this and I can't see what I'm missing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

When I call extension 5005, the single phone rings properly. When I call 5001, it never overflows to 5005.
