2nd call on POTS not CFB to voice mail options

I've read previous threads on how to get a 2nd call to CFB to VM on POTS lines, and with the company cost cutting, add'l lines to add in hunt are not an option currently (and the system is full). Does anyone know if Call Waiting LEC option will work on a 4.0 Norstar to allow the party to flash hook and answer the 2nd call? Looking for any options to get the 2nd call NOT to have a busy to the caller.

If you've got call waiting on your lines from your telco you should hear the beep of a second call coming in and use feature 71 to toggle between calls.

thanks, brutalis. i had thought the link key was only used with centrex, but i'll give it a try.

Link works on pots lines as well, i use it all the time.
