2nd access on ip phone in hunting group

hi guys
this is my scenario in rel.TSE4.1SP2
I have some 4422 ip phone,belong to hunting group
these ip telephone have 2nd access configured and group have que
I wish I could see the calls in queue,but the calling user hear ringing signal and the operator can't see and can't hear waiting tone in his headset.It's correct or am I doing wrong?

This is what ACD group is for -with digital phones and queue display -not supported with IP extensions
You could give RVA on queue which would help callers
