2926T, I could not enter in CatOS, it only display error

How can I upgrade my 2926T ? when I upgrade the image of cat5000-sup.4-5- 13a, it will be corrupted and display
following error. How should I downgrade to baseOS and upgrade my 2926T. As I could not enter in CatOS, it only
display the errors.

I would like you to make sure you are using the correct image. Image to be used in the 2926 is the same one used by supervisor I or II. The problem is that the image for supervisor III has the same name. If you have access to CCO try the Catalyst 5000 Flash.

By the way, do you have any other 2926 up and running? Could you upload the IOS to a TFTP server? If you could do that we are saved. If you have a 2926 but can not upload, just post a sh version (or equivalent) and sh flash commands.

If anybody else has a 2926 up and running would you, please, post a sh version (or equivalent) and sh flash commands. I would like to check the file size with CCO.

Who have the Cat2926T to sh version or flash? As I saw many images on CCO for 5000/2926T, Which should I take?
How can I upload the new image or delete the error image
again?
As I only saw the following unrecognized messeages in 2926T's concole port.
