Hello,

Is there a difference in programming with the 2856 systems? I cannot get into flash 65 to program the voice mail groups and parameters. I am trying to install a 4-port Mini-Voice system. The Mini-voice is compatable with this system.

When I power up the system it displays version 1.2A. I am assuming that I have a older version? If this is the problem, is there a flash upgrade? The chipsets are version 3.2 I beleive?

Oh yea, the system does have a 4/8 OPX/analog line card. It also has a single port OPX stand alone box that I disconnected.

you need to upgrade your eproms and the only way to do that is to contact Vodavi and buy new eproms from them, and you have to be a registered dealer to do that. I think you must be an interconnect to register, but there are no minimum purchases required for this, but contact Vodavi to be sure. Otherwise, use Google to search for resellers who might have a main processor card with the version of software you need to use the voice mail.
