I had a brief power outage in my home lab and my 2621 displayed the below message after it restarted. Does this look like the flash has become corrupt? If so what do I need to do to correct this?

System Bootstrap, Version 11.3(2)XA4, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
Copyright (c) 1999 by cisco Systems, Inc.
TAC:Home:SW:IOS:Specials for info
C2600 platform with 65536 Kbytes of main memory

get_man_dev: Unknown device - probably NOT formatted.

lseek out of bounds
getdirent: lseek error
boot: cannot determine first file name on device "flash:"

If you do a "dir flash: what does it show ? If it shows a filename then from the rommon prompt just try a "boot flash:<imagename> . If not it probably did get corrupt . Unless you have a cisco maintenance contract on it you are going to have a hard time getting a replacement unless someone gives you one illegally.

I got the below when I did dir flash:

rommon 1 > dir flash:
get_man_dev: Unknown device - probably NOT formatted.
get_man_dev: Unknown device - probably NOT formatted.
File size Checksum File name
lseek out of bounds
getdirent: lseek error

I still had a hyperterminal session open from before the power outage and cut/pasted the imagename. Here is the result.

rommon 2 > boot flash:c2600-j1s3-mz.123-10a.bin
lseek out of bounds
open: lseek error
open(): Open Error = -1
loadprog: error - on file open
boot: cannot load "flash:c2600-j1s3-mz.123-10a.bin"

I still had the IOS image and used the xmodem procedure to download it to the router. It is back up and running.
