2621 clock defaults to February 1993 after reload 2

The clock on my 2621 defaults to February 1993 every time that I reload. I manually correct the time and save the config. I am syncing the clock with an ntp server which works very well until I reload. Is there a setting somewhere that will correct this or is this an indication of a hardware problem?

Thanks BuckWeet and Joniels. I changed NTP servers and fixed the problem.
