Hi Guys,

I have a strange one. I built a 2616 and have it forwarded to another branch. However, if you call it, it rings. I am mystified. Here is a print out of the phone. Any ideas what I missed?

It should be key 0 to work properly if you are calling 2129

you need to add 2129 as an analog dn, marp it there and forward it from the analog.. you can't forward a dn that is not either an analog or key 0 on a phone..

To call forward 2129 it needs to be on KEY 0 to work on your set. Or like John P said you can build it on an analog and forward it on the analog.

What number are you trying to forward. Your forward key has the voicemail dn after it. so if it did forward it would go to 7000 which is mail. Unless mail is on the other site. if it is the acd number you are trying to forward that can not be done by using the forward key. ld 80 than trak 12 0 0 0 or trac 12 0 0 0 if not an option 11. this will tell you if the forward key is active.

phonedude is correct.

ACD agents need to forward their private DNs just like anyone else.

Hi Guys,

Phonedude was correct. I analyzed waht was different compared to another agents phone and I have only recently begun to use MCR instead of SCR. So I changed it to a SCR and it works perfectly.

Thank you for all your help. Just in case anyone wants to know, it's an Option 11c running release 22.

I have an Option 11C and on my phone I have 4 Dn's and is the Marp for 3 of the DN's. If I forward my phone the 3 that are MARP to my phone will forward.
