I figured out how to make the VLAN on a 7206 work with the 6509. But how can I make the 2610 also VLAN with the 6509?

The 2610 does not have an ecapsulation of ISL. It only has sde encapsulation.

Will this work the same?

Thanks in advance.

Tony

The only encapsulation methods that a 6009 supports is ISL and 802.1Q. If the switch you are using does not support either of those, then I believe it will not work.

Daniel,

2610 has a 10Mb E/Net port trunking requires a 100Mb port.
