Can you connect 2500 to 2600 simulating a WAN link??

Of course. The required cables depends on the interfaces involved. The 2600 has one WIC slot and one NM slot.

OK, 1 WIC CSU/DSU on the 2600 and the standard DB60 on the 2500

Sorry, but that won't work. You would need a CSU on the serial interface of the 2500. Then you would set up a roll over between the CSUs. Alternatively, you could change out that WIC on the 2600 to a regular one or two port serial (WIC-1T or WIC-2T).
