24IP Voice Mail

Trying to get the voice mail to allow dial 0 to return to operator.
Incoming calls go to CCR table and then to extensions with extension busy/no answer forwarded to voice mail (VMIB card)
want the caller to be able to choose 0 during the message and return to the attendant

Solved my own problem. Was testing by dialing internally and of course it won't transfer internal calls. Rang in from outside and it worked.
