2420 log issue

I have a user that has a 2420 phone (s8500 cm2.2) and when they press the log button to see their calls.. only outbound calls are showing. There are no choices for the various types of calls along the bottom (missed, outgoing, incoming). Other users phones show this. What am I missing here? In options all types are flagged to yes.

Haven't used a 24XX in a while. But I think there is an option to choose what calls to log. Look in the menu of the phone.

Status station and see what fw version you are on. The early versions did not have the feature you are looking for. Version 4 and above have this. You can download the newer versions and install them on your phones.
