I have a customer that does not receive the full number across their call log (R3.0.13) when a call is transfered from the receptionist. It drops the last 4-digits and appears as 847435 (.. instead of showing the full number. Is this just the way it works or is their a fix for this?
They initially had issue with all calls dropping last 4-digits (whether direct dialed or transfered through the reception) when they were at a R2.1. The upgrade to R3.0.13 fixed the direct dial calls, but they still cannot use the call log if the call has been trasnfered from the reception.
