2420 and aux work

I just switched out an 8410D for a 2420, and now the user, as soon as they login to their hunt group, the aux-work button (which has always worked) immediately goes on and won't come off.

Any ideas?

We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately.

That is normal.
After login, they must change state to auto-in, man-in to make that aux-work go out.

You can do this with auto-in, man-in, after-call, buttons or dialcodes
