Anyone some advice......I have 2410 digital phones working off CM 2.2.2 When you call the physical extension 5xxxx the call is logged but when I log in with an agent ID 5xxxx and call the agent id on the same extension 5xxxx it doesn't log the call. I have the latest Firmware on the digital phone and the logging feature works fine on my 4610 ip phones......any suggestions would be great....
