with acdd you can send the call to a specific number. ACFS that to a VMM. create a mailbox on that number, with a call processor (press 1 for this, 2 for that, 0 for operator). Biggest problem I see is front ending a 2400 is volume of calls if you have a 24 port VMM what happens to the 25 call when you have a full VMM? or call 12 when you have high utilization on the VMM in the mornings and after lunch? how would internal users feel if they cant reach VM? just a few things to think about before implementing this.
