We recently have had an issue that has occurred with a 2400 IPX phones, specifically analog that when the hook Flash is pressed quickly it simulates Pulse dialing in an area that's not allowed to have calls. Looking for a way to block this from happening Internally.
Currently the analog phones are set up for an RSC5 which only allows incoming calls transferred calls and intercom calling.
Is there a way to get rid of the internal calls completely?
