Can anyone tell me the code to turn on and off the MWI on a single ext. Thanks

Not sure if you are using the same kind of phone set but this is what I do on our Dterm E ...

Go to the ext. in question and dial 693 ... viola!!

It can be different on all systems. What system type are we dealing with here? Also if we tell you how to look it up are you able to get into programming mode?
