Hi all, Still running my NEC legacy system. One of my sites is having framing slips on its PRI (24PRTB-a). Telco swears it is a PBX issue and not their problem. It has been running great with no issues until two weeks back. I have checked jumper for clock and no changes have been made in system. I am seeing frame errors on the PRI:

We have had a few complaints of busy signals when trying to dial out

Any Ideas?

Probably telco. Do you have any redundancy? If so, switch time division. Also, if you have an adtran, check that out/reset it.

Yes we have fully redundant. Switched over TSW, no change. Will reset the Adtran Atlas 800 after looking back and seeing other DRU errors/failures/ warnings as well. Good call.

Something is set wrong. I have seen this where is kinda works but sure enough you look down the programming and someone set AMI/D4. I agree looks to be telco.
