I have a customer who is getting malicious calls from a couple of different numbers. The customer wants to block or forward these calls using Caller ID info of the calling party.

Call block is not an option as the 1-800 numbers are terminating to a virtual (x3700) that is forwarded to Auto Attendant.

I tried using AFCP command but had no luck in routing calls differently with a test number. I also tried to find documentation on call forwarding by caller ID info.

Anyone familiar with this?

Gary

You maybe better off having the user contact the 800 carrier m they should be able to block the calls. Depending on the carrier there are some routing tools available that a user could route calls by incoming number
