24 button keyset message on display "plug out"

I have a idcs-100 with a 24 button keyset that did not come back up after a power outage. What should I do to get that set to come back up into service. This is the boss's phone and changing extension numbers is "OUT OF THE QUESTION!!!!" HELP!!!- Status
