We have two 2250 sets for our main number. One works fine, but the other is stuck in night mode. No buttons work. Changing out the sets did not resolve the issue. Any ideas?

2250 Stuck in Night Mode

couple of things. check that the TN's are not disabled... or do a change in LD 12, i usually change the SSC list number then change it back...do this with the cable unplugged from the rear of the 2250.. then plug it back in... then plug in the handset in / right way up....

I disabled all the TNs associated with the two sets and reenabled them. All is swell. Thanks for the replies.

Hi RadissonIT, are your 2250 in the same Loop Shelf? Consoles should be in a non-blocking IPE shelf.
