Calls are coming on same Loop Key on Console. Normally, I have experienced that when a second call come in, it is shown on second Loop Key if first one is already being used for a call.

Right now, I can see CW Visual/Audible signal on console but it never appears on idle Loop Key. How can I make it appear on idle loop key rather then CW. Thanks in Advance.

This is from the manual

The first call presented to an idle console is indicated by the appropriate ICI
lamp. All subsequent calls are indicated by the Calls Waiting lamp only until the first call is released.

Apparently it agrees with whats happening right now. But I have seen something else as well. I have seen next call appearing on next idle LPK.

Here is how calls make it to the subsequent LPKs.

LPK0 Rings - Answer it - "Thank you for calling, one moment please", press HOLD, press RLS.

LPK1 Rings - Answer it - "Thank you for calling, one moment please", Press HOLD, press RLS, now press LPK0 and help first caller while second holds.

Or, you can "fill up all LPKs" this way, getting back to each one from the bottom up.

Sorry for late response. LPK0 Rings, right, I answered it. Now while I am being on LPK0 Key Call, second call should come on LPK1 Key. Its not going on like this. Second call doesn't blink any LPK Key rather it makes CW on console screen.

I want the scenario GHTROUT referred. Thanks for anticipation.

LPK1 will never ring unless you have held the call on LPK0. This is so multiple operators all have the chance to get the call from the queue.

The way to know a call exists is the "CW" indicator. Calls Waiting.

ahh.. thats what I am trying to say. I am unable to receive second call on LPK1 when LPK0 is held. Any solution?

Hold, then Rls.

Not just hold.
