I have a problem with the ESS Key. When I use it to page or put in digits it works, If I used for a voice tree in the meridian mail as in press 1 or press 2 it does not work. The voicemail says enter that extension again. Can anyone help?

EES is for console to page outpulse to trunks circuit only. Not for internal calls.

So how can a Console operator go into a voicemail tree in the system?

Hello
The MMail is not correctly configure in the DSP parameters. Have a look on it in tools menu of MMail. To change it you will have to reinstall the software..
