2250 Console ? 1

We have 2 consoles when people have to take a break they have to unplug the handset for it to roll over to the other console . If they use the make busy key it logs out both consoles any suggestions ?

They should be able to use the night button under the display, looks like a 1/4 moon. Is that the button they are using?

Make sure your SHIFT key is not active. Otherwise you log out both.

Shift is not active but, I found another console built in the switch but there is no physical console could that be a problem ?

Should not have any effect.

Try it with the shift to see if you get NIGHT and without it to see if you get BUSY.

Do both go BUSY or NIGHT?

If your talking about the one that's built but doesn't have a console, it probaly is disabled already. It's better for you to just leave it alone.
