2250 Console 1

Has anyone had the problem that the display on a 2250 goes blank? My customer has two consoles and both of them at one time or another the display goes blank. They then have to depress one of the buttons near the day/night key and it comes back on. Does the console now have a feature (not a programmable one I'm sure) that it goes into sleep mode when not used for a while. thanks in Advance

NO SUCH OPTION, JUST MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT UNPLUGING THE HEADSET. IF THIS IS A NEW INSTALL MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 3 GOOD POWER TN'S CONNECTED TO THE CONSOLE.
