I have a 3.0 opt 11c with a 2250 console on it. the customer is requesting to setup the 2250 to give them a held reminder buzz/tone after 30 secs of a call being placed on hold at the 2250. I have looked in the options menu on the 2250 but cant find anything...any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your ATT timers are located in the CDB. Take a look and see which ones you want to change. Be careful. Test one change at a time and be sure not to make a system wide change.

There isn't an On Hold Reminder for the console.
