2216 cordless install 2

Hi, customer has 2216 cordless he wants on his CICS. I punched it down on DN 28 and won't work. Apparently this one is unlike a 7406 which is just another DN. Can anyone tell me what to do ?

isnt the 2216 an ACD phone for an option 11 or bigger switch?

or if 2216 isnt a Nortel number, maybe you have just an analog cordless phone, then try yellow / slate pair on the lines cable.

I found out it is a call center type or agent phone. I can't find out how or if it can be used with a CICS? It is similar to a corded 2616 and 2216 but this one is cordless. And the handset looks like a 7406 . Its crazy !!!

That is for the Larger PBX's it will not work with the BCM or Norstar cabinets.
