2216 Call park feature

Hi everyone, and I am ready for more helpful tips.
I have a request to have calls park per Sales extension,
while they are on phone on Option 61, Release 21.54,
Meridian, Release 13. What are the steps to park a
call? What timeframe,and can the caller have the option
to go to voice mail? Any type of notification calls are
in park? Thank you, B. Anderson in Sunny California.
 
if park is set up in your switch, just put a park key on the set, display sets work best, it displays the number the call is parked against.. then anyone can press the park key dial that dn and get that call. you do not get a visual but when the park recall timer is met it either comes back to you or the att, depending on the switch setup

Thanks, this feature may be the ticket for the
sales team who continues to challenge me with a
different routing arrangement prior voice mail.
 
usually park is followed with page,, ie jim pick up 2222.. set the call park recall timer long for sales... we have a few depts that use it, and the att's if it's not set up and you need help with the code, let us know. one of us will help you through it.. it, like most of the switch is real easy, the second time
