I have a BCM400 4.0 with a 2245, BAP-120 access points and 2 2210 handsets.

Everything comes up and we can use them for a short while then I get a "watchdog timeout" error on the handsets and they reset.

The BCM, 2245, 2210 and BAP-120's are all at current patches and firmware levels. All ethernet ports were checked for any mismatches.

Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like a potential wireless coverage issue. Have you put the phones in site survey mode to check the signal strength?

I haven't worked with the BAP APs, but do you have an option in them to prioritze based on the SVP protocol?

Here are a couple things to look at on the wireless side. Again, I haven't seen the BAPs yet, so these options may/may not be present:

Disable auto RF. Hardcode channels whenever possible.
Disable DTPC
Change the DTIM to 3
Make the session timer for the SSID 1000. Broadcasting the SSID ensures that the phone doesn't have to stop transmitting data traffic to look at all the probe requests to find out which SSID it is supposed to listen to.

Thanks for the help Biv,
We double checked what you suggested and it looked good. We found that one of the AP's was bad out of the box and throwing everything off. Thanks again!
