22.511 Phaser 8200

Hi,
I get error 22.511 at my Xerox Phaser 8200
The paper stuck after the three sensors at the sensor board, and before the preheater exit sensor
Any ideas?

On the right side of your paper tray, where the "Transperancy/Paper" selector is, if you look, there should be a plug covering one of the two holes above the switch. This error is typically caused by this plug breaking out. For Letter size paper, you need to have the media plug in the top hole. If you plug the middle hole, that tells the printer you're using a differnt size, I think the middle is for A4.

These plugs are available, and are part number 214-4595-02.

Today at work I just look at the tray and found that both holes were plugged and I found that this is not any combination the printer know. I use A4 and therefore I took out the top hole and the printer worked!!
Strange that the printer couldn`t tell me something more specific error message
