-2147217913 char datetime conversion error URGENT HLP

I had to reinstall Windows 2000 and also SQL Server 2000 due to major error. After reinstall of all as it was again (except for installing IIS) my VB apps started with the error specially on the Crystal reports (.rpt) defined:

-2147217913 the conversion of data type char to datetime produced a value datetime out of interval.

I have the same collation sql_latin1_cp1_ai as before on DB an SQL Server.

PLS anyone can give me a hint on what was my mistake and the sollution for it.

Check the local datetime values (Control Panel).

26 Feb 2003 = 26.02.2003 or 02.26.2003 (both true, but in different system locales)

I agree with TLGsoft. It has to do with Win2K Locale setup.
