2100 ringing issue

Is there a way to get the SL2100 to start ringing immediately on analog trunks? Right now, on the first ring cycle, the line key will light up solid and then on the second ring cycle, the line key will start flashing and the sets start ringing.

Customer is using Telco call forwarding and wants it after four rings to the caller. With the "lost" ring, staff only get three rings before it forwards to the owner's cell phone. He is getting grumpy thinking that the staff isn't answering the phones.

 
If you have caller ID on those trunks then no, that delay is necessary as the system is waiting for caller ID to be delivered before ringing.

If you don't have caller ID then set 20-19-02 to 0 and calls should start ringing immediately.

Digital trunks including SIP and ISDN will ring immediately.
 
You could turn off the CO forwarding, set trunks to 'Behind PBX' in 14-04, DIL them (22-02 and 22-07)to a virtual (to ring at all answering positions) and set 24-09-06 to No-answer forward to the boss's cell number (no access code). That way you can define your own no-answer timing. CO lines must have 'Transfer-Disconnect' feature for this to work. May have to increase 21-01-06 to a 2 or 3.
 
Why make it so hard? Use mobile extension add it to ring group adjust delay ring in the group. So they can actually transfer calls both to and from the cell.
 
We just extended the call forward delay on the Telco side. Customer is ok with callers hearing one more ring before it forwards to him.

I am more used to the 8100/9100 where analog trunks ring immediately, even with caller ID. They don't have that pause.
