20DS problem

i have IPO 1.3(27)
2 users' extns are programmed to DS keys and light as BLF OK/ flash when ringing but i cannot press key to call user??
can manually dial extn OK and can program alternate extn to these keys but not these 2 particular extns
any thoughts or known issues with this??

1.Make sure you have call appearance keys.
2.Under digital telephone the keys Action should be user and the telephone number should be the user name in speech marks like this "Name"

yes all keys are set to user with "name"??

Rule #1: if using very old firmware and experiencing weird problems - upgrade!

Try going up to 2.0.18 and see if you still have the problem.
