2050 v3 ACD questions?

First question:
I have a small basic acd group. I was using a 2050 softphone set up as a supervisor set to view agent positions. There were only a few agents in the group. It worked fine in the 2050 for my needs. There were different colored "leds" to show the various state of an agent. Steady green for NRD, blinking green for Ready, red when an agent was on a call and yellow when their private line was in use. I had to add addition agents to the group and required the expansion module. I am on 5.5 so I installed
a 2050v3. All is working okay but the "led" indicators on the agt monitor keys only are showing green. Steady green for NRD, blinking green for Ready. But if an agent is on a call the "led" also just shows steady. The supervisor no longer can tell if the agent is on a call or in the NRD. Anyone know if there is a setting to make changes so I can tell what state the agentis in?
Second question:
The agent keys only show as "agent key" on the 2050. How can I get the agent ID or name on the key?

For your 2nd question you should be able to go into LD 95 and enter:
new
name
at the DN prompt enter the extension and then you can put in the name.

For your first question it could be something with the version 3 softphone and the version on your PBX. It is a little hard to understand, but I think you have other version 2 softphone's that are currently working fine so I would open a Nortel ticket to tell them that their version 3 softphone LED feature is not working. Maybe they have a patch for it (i.e. forgot to include the feature in the new version?) Or found that it wasn't used so they axed it
