What are you asking or having problems with?

Are you asking how to reset a CallPilot mailbox password? In call Pilot, when you reset password it is then the Prefix defined in security plus the mailbox number.

well if you go from 201 I to a 202 that Should tell ya it's upgrade issue fix my problem by reloading LANG after upgrade you could not log into any new MBX OR RESET ...FIX

Had that problem here as well, correct reloading the language CD fixes it.
