2018 is the end of the line for our CS1K 1

I work for a large Telecom Company and heard a few days ago that 2018 will be end of support for the CS1K. Anyone confirm or deny that?
 
I haven't relied on support much in the past anyway, but I am getting a little long in the tooth. Besides, these old dinosaurs pretty much run themselves, don't tell my boss! :+)
 
I heard more like 2020 ... we will probably be moving to Avaya Red by then or might have a corporate Cisco going in ...
 
Hey, how does a guy find out what CS1000 software he's running, I've forgotten.

We are testing open source system asterisk internally on our department for future migration to our company. Hopefully, we will implant before 2018. :)

Learning is not enough, you have to apply it...
