200ICP Ring Group 1

In the Mitel documentation accessible from the HTTP/Java interface into our 200ICP, I see references to ring groups. I'm unable to figure out how to create a hunt group as a ring group. Can anyone tell me how to make that option available?

Also, I have one access code on the system that shows as a logical line. What is a logical line and where do I find it via the CDE forms?

Ring Groups are programmed via Form 9 and enabled by COS options. Ring Groups have a Master Slave relationship where the Slave extensions have the Master extension programmed in the Associated Ext field in form 9. The Docs are quite clear on the specific COS options and steps.

a logical line is a DN programmed on a key on a phone. Again in form 9 you can search for key appearances. Search for the DN and it will tell you what phone(s) have appearances

Ring Groups are programmed in form 17.

Right, I was quoting the old style Group Ring.

I forgot they added ring groups to form 17. Never use it personally.
