Running on an Option 11c -- latest upgrade. Every so often a extension will "lock" busy. The person at the extension can not hang-up even if the far end has. I have to DISU the TN and then ENLU it back. This will continue to happen to the same extension until I re-initialize the switch. Everything is fine for 2-3 months afterwards and then it will happen again but to a different extension. All extensions are 2008's and there are approx. 90 extensions. All 90 are also ACD phones in the same queue.
What should I be looking for or is re-initializing the switch the only alternative?
